Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

Can anyone tell me what is the use of the field operational status code in installed base R12.

For the item installed at customer location, this field populates a value 'Not Used'
