Error "is an invalid Integrator Key" while 'Preview' button-press on R12.1.3

We are trying Custom WebADI solution for our purpose. While pressing buttion 'Preview', system throws an error stating the said WebADI is an invalid Integrator Key. This is appearing when we try this using user's login which does not have 'System Administrator' responsibility assigned to him. He  has been assigned 'Desktop Integrator' responsibility only.
