Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Customers Sites displaying Inactive

Hi, the users are noticing that their customer sites are inactive and when I search it, I receive the following errors:

The descriptive flexfield with application name Regional Localizations (JG)
and name JG_HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES (JG_HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES) is not compiled. Please
contact your system administrator.
The descriptive flexfield with application name Receivables (AR) and name
Address Information (RA_ADDRESSES_HZ) is not compiled. Please contact your
system administrator.

Is there anyway we can prevent this from happening for the future? This is for R12.1.3
