Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. lvconvert --type cache-pool Module dm_cache not found.

I'm trying to add a cache pool from SSD to a LVM to improve performance, but I get:

FATAL: Module dm_cache not found.

/sbin/modprobe failed: 1

Failed to determine version of cache kernel module

cache-pool: Required device-mapper target(s) not detected in your kernel

Any ideas on that?
