Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a SL8500 and when I run diagnostics robot 1,4,0,1 fails because the diagnostic tape is missing. How do I get another diagfnostic media?
