EMEA Localization AR VAT Exemption Letters setup for Italy

Hi,

I am setting up EMEA localizations for Italy. To setup AR VAT Exemption Letters, there is a reference to navigation path: Customers > CLE AR VAT Exemption Letters. However there is nothing like a CLE AR VAT Exemption Letters form either using Italian AR Localizations responsibility or other AR or OM responsibilities.

Is it a personalization or profile option I missed to make it available?
