Is there an ER for Masking the SSN on 1099 Output Forms?

Hi - I'm wondering if there's already an ER logged for EBS Payables to have Development mask all but the last 4 of the SSN on the 1099 output forms? The IRS accepts this now, so instead of customers having to accomplish by modifying the RDF each year when Oracle publishes the new 1099 patch, Oracle should do this. Is this already an ER? If so, I'd like to be added to it!
