CRM slow 360 performance

Hi, hoping to hear any solutions or additional info in troubleshooting 360 degree view. I traced multiple instances and see bottle necks in the following below.

Code is mostly vanilla, there is lots to step through, any ideas are greatly appreciated. I reviewed worst performing sql, couple statements are taking 2 seconds though, therefore offending code is below with top 5 taking from 30 sec to 1 min.
