How to find technical objects for Audit

Hi All,

In EBS, is there any way we can enable audit on technical components like RDF, RTF, HTML reports, XML, OAF, Shell scripts page etc.

Customer would like to track changes to the EBS system like if a new report is created or changed or any other technical component is added or modified then is there any way to enable audit on the same.
