P4312 not writing subledger and subledger type to F4312 record after receipting

Hi

After Purchase Order Receipting using the P4312 application,it should write a record into the F43121 PO receiver file table. Does anybody have an idea why the subledger/subledger type wouldnt carry through to the receiver table even if it is populated in the F4311 PO Detail table - this is happening for a particular Purchase Order Type.

I tried receipting a different PO type and the subledger and subledger type was included in the F43121 record. What Order type, Line type, processing option set up am i missing?

currently in 9.0 Application and 9.1 tools version
