ORPOS Freeze when ORCO is not available

Hi all,

We are having a lot of problems with ORPOS when CO communication is down.  The incident happens when we start a transaction, first step in our operation is register the customer then when  ORPOS starts costumer look ups the application freeze in a loop.  To be able to work in this situation we have to unplug network wire from our registers to work "offline".

I think there is a parameter that is not properly set but don't know where and what is this parameter.
