capturing changes in lobs

Hi Gurus, I have lot of columns with xmltype(clob storage) and BLOBS columns in my 11203 db ,i need to setup goldengate one-way replication .Are there any specific parameters that i need to setup either at extract or replicate side to capture the changes for the LOB columns? Does goldengate capture the entire document or just the partial change? Regards
