MRC not creating the converted journal and not upgrading the transactions in sub ledgers with report

MRC not creating the converted journal and not upgrading the transactions in sub ledgers with reporting currency details.

i wanted know is there is any programs needs to be run apart from the upgrade activity for each sub ledger.as it was successfully ran but not updating the data.i am rechecked the setups inline with "MRC Setup and Usage" from  Doc ID 342885.1  and re-validate your set-ups.
