Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hello

We are on EBS 12.1.1 database Version is 11.1.0.7. Server IBM Power 6, OS AIX 6.1. 64-BIT .

We wanted to shift on 12.2.3 . Do we need to upgrade database also? What are the steps involved in upgrade.
