Items Issued Free of Charge to Customers

Hi,

We have the following requirement,

We use Order Management to create orders placed by customers. For some customers if the order quantity exceed certain amounts, we need to provide the customer items free of charge (Free issue)

For instance for every customer who orders a particular item more than 20 cases, a free issue of 1 item (each) is issued.

Could someone please help on this.
