live upgrade problems x86

Hi all,

i faced problem after performing the live upgrade procedure.

Upgraded the OS from solairs 10 8/11 to 1/13 using live upgrade and the upgrade was successful.

Activated the boot new boot environment and it works fine, after that i tried to boot the system into single user mode by using new boot environment failsafe mode, but is showing no istalled OS instances found and its not allowing me to type any thing on the screen but is working when i selected old BE failsafe mode.
