Configuration language - wrong column filled in translation workbook

Hi all,

I've got a question according to language settings in RPAS configuration tool and according to the translation adminitration workbook in RPAS.

In the configuration tool we chose German as configuration language for our configuration. All measure labels are written in German. We also use browser with german language setting. When we build the domain and have a look at the solution via Fusion Client everything is correctly shown in german. But when we open the translation administration workbook we see that the column "English" is filled with the german labels, not the column "German". What is the reason for this? I would have expected that the german column is automatically filled, if german is used as configuration language, and not the
