Full Package build error after TR 9.1.5.2 upgrade

Hi to all,

I'm upgrading the tool release from 9.1.4.0 to 9.1.5.2, windows server 2008r2.

Tool Release upgraded in Depsvr, Entsvr and server manager upgraded.

Installed Planner ESU(JM17096) with special instructions. ASI and Tools application enhancement also installed.

When i try to do full package build, error coming in svrpackage. I attached all log files.

after this error came i re-installed planner esu also. but still same error coming.

Can any one please.
