Credit Memo number not showing in Charges

Hi,

We have submitted Charges in a SR to create Credit Memo to the Customer and it created the Order. We processed the Order and it generated the Credit Memo. When we queried the Service Request, the created Credit memo number is not showing in Charges>Order status tab. We are on 11.5.10.2

Please review and advise.
