Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. MSC_ORDER_V over db_link not working . View contain more than 15 lakhs record .when we try to fetch data using db_links its error out.

when we try to select a view its taking more than 3 hours

How can we use this view.Please suggest.
