Agent 12c get TNS-01189 and show incorrect status of the listener in Cloud Control

Hi all!

We have migrated from monitoring by Grid Control to Cloud Control and install agent12c on AIX 7.1. All targets except one listener target now successfully monitored by CloudControl 12c.

The Listener  status on host BLABLA is down. Follow note 1534401.1 we checked status on host and get error:

./emctl getmetric agent LISTENER_blabla,oracle_listener,Response
