Question on WL clustering

Hello,

We had an issue today with our production environment where both of our weblogic application servers became unresponsive and we had to restart weblogic.  Looking at the servers (in windows) we did not see any issues, but looking at the System Monitor Trending, we appear to have been using quite a bit of memory.  We have 2 GB allocated to both of our app servers, and are serving approximately 12-20 users on average, although we may have peaks as high as 25. 

As part of our next deployment, we will be tripling the number of users in the environment.  Can anyone suggest some recommendations on the total RAM we should be allocating to the system?  Can someone talk about the information provided in the historical trending and the performance statistics?
