The query on "Order Date" in "Activation orders screen" in "Siebel CRM" keeps on running and does no

When I query with the Order Date Field in Activation Orders screen, the query keeps on running and does not return any records. I could not replicate the same in Test Environment as it returned the results in seconds. However I generated the spool in Test Environment and compared the same with the log file given from Production Environment. The difference was that, the Position and Party Table joins were not found in the spool file from Test Environment.
