OSM New Supportability feature: Continue Install on Schema Upgrade Error

If an error occurs while the installer is upgrading the database schema, you can fix the error and rerun the installer. The installer then resumes the upgrade from the point of failure, which means you do not have to roll back the entire upgrade and start from the beginning.

This procedure is only applicable during the installation process and when upgrading to OSM 7.2.2.5.0 or higher.
