Limitation in Creating Buyer

Hello All, Is there any limitation on creating buyer more than 200. I get below error while adding a buyer. Is there a way out for this. I'm on 12.1.3

Got below reference from another discussion . Should i try that ?

Current Work-around: Updated the profile 'FND: View Object Max Fetch Size' to a value greater than 300 at the responsibility level

Area of Concern: Concerns on performance issues brought about by more records being selected.
