Oracle business intelligence publisher upgraded from 10g R3 to 11g

Hello 

After  upgraded   Oracle  business  intelligence   Publisher  from  10g R3  to     11g  (release 11.1.1.7.0),  iwe  upgrade the  repository according the  documentation  however  we  are  experiencing a  few  issues  i wonder  if  any  one  could  let me know  how  to  fix   the  following  to   problems..:

1.  

Most reports import the subtemplate file  from  d:\bipub\templates directory( not  upgraded).  This is the RTF command to do this

<?import:file:///d:\BIPub\Templates\SubTemplates_MV.rtf?> <?call@inlines:RPT_HEADER_LANDSCAPE?><?end call?><?start:body?><?end:body?><?call@inlines:RPT_FOOTER?><?end call?>

They all come up with this result.a  blank  form  with  the  text Failed to load PDF  document.
