SBL-DAT-00500 error message probably related to amount of activities with alarm flag set to 'Y'

Hi everybody,

our client is facing a problem where the error message "SBL-DAT-00500 There were more rows than could be returned.Please refine your query to bring back fewer rows" appears everytime after logging into the Siebel Application (Siebel emedia v.8.0).

We have a script which creates activities with Alarm Flag = 'Y' and status "Alerted". These go to specific employees.

One of them reported getting the error message mentioned above. On his "My Activities" he has more than 10000 records with alarms set. Activities appear on the list every day and meet the condition "activities created for service requests with status Open".
