Hi,

Somebody know, how to escalate with a Dutty Manager a Service Request??? when I try to open link for note 199389.1 - "How To Escalate a Service Request (SR) with Oracle Support Services" its display :

"Document cannot be displayed. Possible reasons are:

  • The document id was entered incorrectly. Please check and try again.
  • The document id does not exist (was referenced incorrectly).
  • The document is not classified as publicly accessible ("non-public").
  • The content is being updated and it is temporarily unavailable but will be made available again soon.

"

The expert that works in my SR just give me excuses and not any solution, I´m really tired.
