The Note ID NOTE:199389.1 isn't to open in knowledge base
Hi,
Somebody know, how to escalate with a Dutty Manager a Service Request??? when I try to open link for note 199389.1 - "How To Escalate a Service Request (SR) with Oracle Support Services" its display :
"Document cannot be displayed. Possible reasons are:
- The document id was entered incorrectly. Please check and try again.
- The document id does not exist (was referenced incorrectly).
- The document is not classified as publicly accessible ("non-public").
- The content is being updated and it is temporarily unavailable but will be made available again soon.
"
The expert that works in my SR just give me excuses and not any solution, I´m really tired.
