Not able to view exported data (excel) from Fusion client 14.1.0.1

Hi,

When I click on export to excel, it gives me two options:

- to open

- to save

If I choose 'to open' and use either firefox or chrome, I get a blank screen.

When I choose 'to save' or 'to open' using Excel, it doesnt shows me the data which I am trying to export, rather it shows following message in excel sheet:
