Export hangs on Siebel User Interface (Siebel Sales)

Hi Oracle Team,

our client can not export Opportunity records from the Siebel User Interface, because the export hangs. After initiating the export process this hangs.

Our client's Siebel version is 8.0.0.6, Siebel Sales.


We analysed the log files and got a repeated query including the table S_REVN, which the BC Opportunity has a JOIN with. We also analysed the query execution plan but did not find any remarkable issues as possible causes of the bad performance in the export.

Results of our analysis:

- the Opportunity List includes a field named Products, which has a Pick Applet. At the same time this field is configured as Multivalue field and has the Multivalue Link Opportunity Product. The destination BC is Opportunity Product, which has as base table S_REVN
