Requisition import error 'Item is missing, invalid, or not stock-enabled for the source organization

I'm trying to release planned order from ASCP, but couldn't find the requisition in the source instance. When I ran the 'Requisition Import' program, the following error is shown:

I checked the item attributes in the org and the attributes are properly set for the item, any other possibilities?
