Siebel Server Manager access with only readony/list access

Hi,

We are looking at setting up a user (monitoring) for monitoring Siebel application using HP Sitescope.

Is there a option to have a user who has access to server manager but to limit access only to "list" commands - i.e no access to stop / start components etc.

I think the user will need to have Siebel Administrator responsibility which would give it access to stop/start.
