Multiple DB instances of different version on RAC

Hi ,


Can you please let us know that whether ORACLE 10G and 12C can be co hosted ? i.e. Can we use two ORACLE instances 10G/12C on same server ?

If YES what will be the hardware type, OS etc.  required  to support this kind of setup .


We will be doing this on cluster (RAC).

Please mention if there are any risk factors or any other pre-requisites involved .
