Error while connect Siebel V81.1.13(PS16) to OSES11.2.2.2.0.

Dear Team,

Trying to configure OSES11.2.2.2.0 with Siebel V8.1.1.13(PS-16). Trying to connect from "Search Engine Setting" view from Siebel but it is throwing following error:
