Forms issue in field service debrief

Hi All

we have since few days issue on csf debrief foms for some users but not all

popup error :

APP-FND-00005: Incorrect arguments were passed to user exit #MESSAGE_TOKEN "MSG" "readDate :ORA-01843 not a valid month

how to reproduce :

open debrief form

make any change (status, date.....)

save

right click on task line and click refresh

get popup error

note that if we close form and open it again changes are validated

alos note that i tried to change date format in preferences for user with issue to be same as me who not get popup but no success
