Automation of patch conflict resolution and deployment through EM 12c

Hi,

Where do I find on Oracle Support note on Automation of patch conflict resolution and deployment through EM 12c.


There seems to have been a webcast on this back in 2013 but I cannot find it.


I am looking to be able to do all of this this via OEM, I have a plan and have performed the validation stage where these conflicts have been identified in the logfile, for some reason they do not appear on the screen Review and Deploy.  Should I not have a link or something from this screen to be able to raise a new patch request to resolve these conflicts or the patches that resolve them be identified.
