Hi, pls see attached Who & who's internet email...

there are 2 email type set up..External email as primary and internal email also as primary (messaging indicator)...

can this cause any conflict in notification ?

currently my user has been receiving some email notification from psft_system@ instead of the correct email for some occasion ? it's not consistent..

pls enlighten..
