Showing custom message during Siebel downtime

Hello,

How can I set custom message during the downtime when siebel services are stopped for maintenance.

Currently we are receiving the following message "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[16:18:49]".

Suppose I want to change it to "Server is  down for maintenance.Kindly try after some time".

Is there any solution to above issue?
