Cost adjustment on fully reserve asset which had depreciation override already posted in prior perio

How can i Perform cost adjustment on an asset which is fully depreciated and had multiple depreciation override done in prior period which are already posted. while performing this operation i am getting error shown below,

Error: This asset cannot be depreciated.

Cause: The depreciate flag for this asset has been turned off.

Action: Remove the override amount or go to the Asset Workbench and update the depreciate flag for this asset.
