OraChk on single instance Database Upgrade Check

Every time I run OraChk it continues to give me the same error about compatible.asm version. I'm running the check to validate upgrading from 11.2.0.4.0 to 12.1.0.2.0 on SPARC hardware. First this was set to 11.1 and it complained. I set it to 11.2.0.4.0 and now it still complains. I'm not sure what it is really wanting. However it does look like it is trying to run crsctl check crs and it receives an error because it is a single instance database. This is the output.

DATA FROM DB - ASM DISK GROUP COMPATIBLE.ASM PARAMETER

Parse error:

     'crs' is an invalid argument

Howdy, Stranger!
