Missing Properties

I have added an 10g OAS server host to my OEM 12c Grid Control. It detected all the OAS components (OC4J ad HTTP). However, in the grid control, the http component is showing to be "pending" with an error "Metric Collection Error".

The OC4J component does not have this problem. So I know that the OAS server and the OEM server are communicating.

I already deleted the HTTP component and rediscovered it again with OEM. Got same result.

When I go into the OAS Server, the HTTP shows it is alive when I do "opmnctl status". It is only the OEM that seems to be having issues getting metrics for http.
