Custom message to Siebel session exceeded

Hello,

We have restriction on the number of sessions for each logins. Currently when number of sessions exceeds the limit, user receives error message as "Incorrect username and password".

We want to display a custom message "Session exceeded the allowed limit. Please logout other sessions and try again".

Is this possible to achieve ?
