What is the best way to surpress Auto Deposit Advices for implementing Electronic Pay Stubs?

We are going to be implementing Electronic Pay Stubs and do not want to print any Auto Deposit Advices. I wanted to ask the community what is the best way would be to surpress the Auto Deposit Advices so they do not process during the Payroll Process.
