12.2.4 getting error when trying to export results from search item instances pages

Hi, All

I'm trying to export a search from

Responsibility: Oracle Installed Base User

Nav: Oracle Installed Base

Excel file opens with below error

I have tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome and all of them show the same error even though I have disabled the Pop up blocker from IE.
