Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to run reports on Enterprise Server

Hi,

We have run into a problem where in some reports are not being submitted on to the Enterprise Server (AS400 V6R1) successfully.

R0006P & R9621 is being submitted successfully in local. But R9622 fails with the below error in the logs:

COB0000012 - GetProcAddress failed CINSTALL function BuildServerPackage Error = 0

Also, when submitting another report on to the server, we are seeing the below error:

kernel log: KNT0010080 - Queue <svrname>_<port>_PRINTLOCAL_02 is not defined in F986130

local jdelog: KNT0000107 - Remote batch process could not be submitted on <svr name>

But I can see the queue PRINTLOCAL through the table F986130 and the application P986130.
