Newly added fields through VO extention is not showing in Requisition Approval email.

Hello All,

I added a couple of field through VO extension in Requisition Approval Notification(as per document 462426.1). This fields are showing in Oracle notification page. But when I am getting an email for same requisition. Newly added fields are not showing up on that. Please let me know what I am missing in this.
