Problem Summary:

1. Sales Cloud is not able to hit Siebel WSDL. (as Siebel is not hosted on Internet)

2. Is there any way that without hosting Siebel CRM on Internet we can integrate it with Sales Cloud? (info:we have VPN as well to connect our on premise application over internet)
