rpm_promo_item_loc_expl is not populated for complex promotions

Hi There,

   We have do_not_run_cc_for_cp_approval flag set to 1 in rpm_system_options, my understanding is that rpm_promo_item_loc_expl and rpm_future_retail not populated when this flag is set, but how do we find from Database side what items are on promotion?
