Native IDs in ARM

We have created a sandbox environment for ARM and created native IDs for preparer and reviewer to test and demo the application.

We are having problems with authenticating the native IDs. I was told that FCM requires MSAD, LDAP authentication providers.  Unfortunately, we

are not allowed to create native IDs in our LDAP environment.  Is there a work around?  Any suggestions on how to amke this work?
