Is BIP Desktop certified for Office 2013?

I'm downloading the BI Publisher Desktop tool, so I can design some templates.  First, I had the issue described in Doc ID 1464328.1.  I followed the workaround steps and got it installed.  However, when I launch Word, I do not have the BIP Toolbar/Plugin displayed.  I am using Office 2013, and I cannot find certification info for Office 2013.  Anyone know?
